119ºF Detected at the heater temperature probe.

Possible Causes:

Power Interrupted: Water in the heater can reach 119ºF if the flow is stopped suddenly by a power cut (while heating).

Air Lock: Air trapped in pump 1 can restrict the water flow through the heater and cause the temperature to reach 119ºF.

Check that water level is above all the jets and that all jets are open (turn counter-clockwise) &/or loosen union end and re-tighten.

Filter Fault: Check that filters are clean and for large debris in the filters/filter buckets.
High Limit Probe Positioned Too Close To Pump: Check that the heater probe cable is not damaged and properly seated on the heater in the thermal well; positioned pointing away from the pump
High Limit Cable Connection at the Board: Disconnect HL probe from board (ensure power is off), clean prongs and re-seat up to 3x
Blocked Flow in Pressure Side: Check for large debris in the wet end of P1 and check valve
Pump Fault: An internal pump 1 fault that restricts water flow (such as a broken or blocked impeller) can cause the water in the heater to reach 119ºF.

Heater Fault: Check the voltage at Heater relay
Extreme Hot Weather Overheating the Cabinet Air and Water: Louvered Doors can be helpful in hot climates to increase air flow within the spa cabinet
Cabinet Air Overheated: Long-term continuous use of the pumps can cause the cabinet air (and heater probe) to reach 119ºF.

Check filtration settings, turn on Filter Suspend (filtration will suspend if spa water goes 3 degrees above set temperature)

Heater is Calling for Heat but Pump Does Not Engage - If the Heater Icon on the Topside is flashing but pump is not turning on, first check the Processor Card.
