1. Weir Gets stuck and surges or airlocks pump:

Make sure spa is level
Thick (convex) vs Thin (concave) Weir extrusion
Weirs Do not Skim
Filter Cartridges Don’t Last 6 Months

2. Filter Weir Vortexes and surges pump:

Check Water Level
Make sure high flow filter is furthest from pump (or go to standard filters)
Bypass in filter cartridge
Weaker Spring in Filter Bypass Valve
Redesign Float

3. Weirs Do Not Skim:

Myth: Weirs Need to Float to do their job
There is no longer an internal bypass

4. Filter Cartridges Do not Last 6 months:

Metal Trap pre filter
5um filter bags
Make sure Spaboy firmware is up to date
Increase filtration time with HE pumps
Pleated version of filter coming
