Removing Plastic Weld

Arctic Spas has been using plastic weld with their jets since 2006.  Its a great product and definitely prevents jet leaks but it can be a bit of a pain when removing it from the acrylic. To properly remove plastic weld you will need:

1. Small utility knife

2. Wet sand paper

3. Polish and a soft rag or a buffer

• Locate and mark each area where there is plastic weld to be removed.
