Replacing Pressure Switch

If your topside shows an error of FLC when your pumps are off is an indication that your pressure switch needs to be replaced.

• Remove the transition and panel for the cold tub.

• Locate the Pressure switch.  it will either be on a fitting on the pressure line of the pump or installed on the heater if your cold tub was manufactured with one.

• Remove the Wires on the pressure switch

• Unscrew the Pressure switch

• Thread the new pressure switch (ensure there is Teflon tape on the pressure switch)

• Attach the wires.  It does not matter which wire goes where

It is always a good idea to take a picture of the equipment placement and pack wiring before any repairs are done.
