Drain the spa if it is full of water.
Drill a 3-1/4" hole in an accessible area in the footwell of the spa.
Install the 200gpm suction that comes in the kit in the hole previously drilled.
Mount the circ pump in an accessible area on the stands provided in the kit. Run the cable from the circ pump into the spa pack.
Mount the dual ozone generators to the side of the cabinet.
Attach the 2-3/8" red hose to the 200gpm suction body and run the hose towards the circ pump, cut the 2-3/8" hose 18" short of the suction side of the circ pump.
Glue a 2"x1-1/2" reducer into the 2-3/8" red hose and glue a 1-1/2" pipe nipple into the reducer.
Glue the black hose onto the 1-1/2" pipe nipple.
Glue a 1-1/2" pipe nipple into the union that comes with the circ pump.
Cut a section of 1-1/2" Black hose that will fit in between both pipe nipples and use glue to attach the hose to the union nipple and reducer nipple.
Glue a 1-1/2"x1" reducer into the circ pump, pressure side union.
Glue a 1" spigot x 3/4" barb adapter into the above reducer.
Glue a 18" section of 3/4" hose to the above adapter.
Glue the mazzei injector into the 3/4" hose making sure that the arrow on the mazzei body is pointing away from the circ pump.
Glue another section of 3/4" hose to the output side of the mazzei injector and mount the dual mixing chamber in a open spot in the cabinet.
Use one of the pack stand mounting brackets to mount the mixing chamber in the cabinet. Make sure the stand is bolted down or foamed into place and the chamber zip tied to the stand.
Glue the hose from the output side of the mazzei injector to the top of the dual mixing chamber. The tee fitting that ties the chambers together will be at the top.
Glue a section of 3/4" hose to the barb fitting on the bottom of the dual mixing chamber. Run this hose towards the floor drain in the spa. The union fitting on the chamber should be at the bottom.
Cut the 3/4" drain hose, splice and glue in a 3/4" barb tee from the kit
Glue the 3/4" hose from the bottom of the mixing chamber to the 3/4" barb tee that you just spliced into the drain line.
Glue a 18" piece of 3/8" hose to the output sides of both ozone generators connecting them together creating a loop between them.
Cut the 3/8" hose in the center of the above loop. Glue and splice in a 3/8" barb tee fitting into the loop.
Glue a 5" long piece of 3/8" hose to the 3/8" tee fitting.
Glue in one end of 1/4" clear hose into the above 3/8" hose and run the 1/4" hose towards the mazzei injector that is glued into the circ pump pressure line.
In the line that is running towards the mazzei, run it towards the lip of the spa, and put in three 6" diameter loops of hose, zip tie this loop to something high in the lip and attach this hose to the 1/4" nipple on the mazzei injector.
Hook the dual ozone harness to the ozone generators and run the cable inside the spa pack.
Tie the black wire from the ozone dual harness to the black wire (or brown) for the circ pump with a female spade connector and attach to the circ pump circuit.
The white wire for the generators will hook to Neutral.
The white (or blue) wire for the circ pump to line 2.
Once the spa is full of water, set the CP (metapack) or O3 (Eco Pack) setting in the low level programming to activate the circ pump and the ozone generators.
